A lifelong health enthusiast and millennial minimalist, I play to my strengths — and with my words.

For over 12 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping brands define what they stand for and translate that in a way that resonates (and converts). I’ve moved between agencies, in-house teams, and fractional roles, partnering with category-defining brands, primarily in the health and wellness industry. I have a strong instinct for understanding who a brand’s target audience is, what they care about most, and how to speak to them in a way that invites action.

As a certified personal trainer and coach, I also help ambitious women build strength, structure, and direction in their lives.

I don’t separate ambition from empathy. Or thinking from doing. Whether we’re building something new or refining what exists, the throughline is the same: clarity first, execution second, progress over time.

Fractional Brand Director & Copywriter

Partnering with growth-stage brands to define positioning, build verbal identity systems, and execute high-performing messaging. I step in as a strategic lead and production copywriter — developing brand foundations, guiding content strategy, and delivering conversion-focused copy across web, email, sales materials, and beyond.

Sr. Marketing Copy Lead · Function Health

  • Produced strategic copy across editorial, campaigns, partnerships, and B2B channels — translating complex clinical information into clear, compelling marketing content. Worked cross-functionally to concept and produce conversion-driven content, while upholding clinical content standards.


Brand Director · Wild Health

  • Led creative direction of a full-scale rebrand spanning visual and verbal identity. Built and launched premium offerings with integrated GTM strategy, including web, email, and sales enablement. Established cohesive brand systems, built out partnerships, and led messaging across all channels.


Head of US Communications — Seedlip Drinks

  • Defined and led U.S. communications strategy for the world’s first non-alcoholic spirits company. Oversaw brand identity implementation, managed agency partners and budgets, and secured consistent top-tier national media coverage. Led cross-functional collaboration across U.S. and UK teams during a critical growth phase, as well as internal comms with DIAGEO team, who purchased and became the parent company.


Managing Director— No. 29 Communications

  • Led strategy and external communications for a portfolio of consumer brands including VEJA, Seed Health, ADAY, TED, and Happiest Baby. Oversaw account management, drove media relations strategy and key placements, supported business development, supported event production, and managed client relationships from onboarding through execution.

  • Founded and built a boutique brand and PR consultancy serving DTC and CPG brands. Developed positioning and communications strategy, led media outreach and influencer initiatives, and represented clients across national press, events, and industry panels.
